Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your My Kirana Buddy account and all associated personal data at any time using either method below.
Delete directly in the app
- Open the My Kirana Buddy app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile icon (bottom navigation bar).
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision — your account will be deleted immediately.
Before you delete
Pending orders will be cancelled. Any active wallet balance or loyalty points will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address or phone number registered to your account. We will process the deletion within 30 days.
